As far as has been possible, the original, easily-rolling contour of the land has been preserved. "One approaches Ashburton through the southern section of Druid Hill Park, opposite the property is Lake Ashburton and comprised of 880 homes. "The amazing combination of city conveniences with suburban advantages make living conditions at Ashburton exceptionally good. Numerous churches are readily accessible to residents. The Association is striving to preserve its uniqueness. It is strong and vibrant, upgrading and preserving its historic neighborhood, which retains its suburban character through stately single-family homes on tree-lined streets.
